She has deep experience collaborating with and influencing executives, Boards, business owners and line leaders and is adept at developing data-driven, practical talent and leadership strategies to meet changing business dynamics.
Before establishing her own business in 2017, Kelly was Vice President for Talent & Organizational Development for a Fortune 500 global energy company. She was hired to drive change and innovation in global talent acquisition during a time of industry disruption. Partnering with business leaders, she developed leadership engagement programs and co-lead cultural assessments for the C Suite and Board. Kelly’s hallmark is enhancing value across the employee lifecycle drawing on her holistic business and organizational effectiveness approach.
Kelly has a client service orientation focused on practical solutions that drive business efficiency and value. She brings a unique, 3-dimensional talent perspective drawing on her executive search experience, her in-house talent leadership position, and professional services business leadership roles hiring and retaining talent.
Kelly’s career began in the International Trade Administration of the US Department of Commerce in Washington, DC where she worked with US businesses expanding into emerging markets. She joined the private sector, where she spent 10 years, to lead and open a commercial office in an emerging market building the business from a zero base into a profitable Eurasian hub. Attune to clients’ interests, she also successfully developed and launched new products and services. Kelly was intrigued by leadership dynamics and became an executive search practice leader placing executives in Eurasia and the US. She gained deep mastery in talent pipeline creation, candidate development, assessment, interviewing, fit and potential.
Kelly is certified in the Korn Ferry and CCL 360, EQ-I 2.0 and EQ 360, and is a Birkman Advanced Certified professional (including Birkman High Performing Teams and Birkman Mindset). She has a liberal arts degree from Trinity University and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University.
